Overview
Surrounded by rolling hills, pastures and meadows, our canine campus is located in the beautiful coastal range of western Sonoma County. We are a twenty-minute drive from downtown Petaluma to our location in western Two Rock Valley. Patrick Canine is a peaceful, modern and immaculately maintained facility. It is completely fenced and secure; offering large ventilated, heated and cooled indoor dens and outdoor porch runs.
Established in 1978 on a ninety-acre ranch, Patrick Canine has provided for the canine client one of the best training and instructional boarding kennels in the greater Bay Area. Our founding vision is to provide dogs with a social, fun, caring, interactive, instructional and healthy environment, in which they can learn to become obedient, communicative, and responsive canine citizens. Our mission is to work smart and hard every day to accomplish these goals. Over the past thirty plus years, Patrick Canine has successfully graduated thousands of canine students. Social Instructional Boarding
We offer one of the longest socially interactive and instructional days for all the dogs boarding with us. Your dog gets multiple opportunities to play and socialize with other dogs in supervised play areas. Starting at 7AM and ending at 9PM every day, all of our canine guests get a 14-hour interactive day. The daily routine starts at 7AM with the dogs being let out for their morning relieving. From 8-9AM they are fed their breakfast. When they are finished eating, they are placed in one of the many large play areas. Which play area your dog is placed in, is determined by the dog’s age, size, breed, temperament, and activity level. Between 3 and 4PM the canine guests are returned to their indoor dens and fed dinner. After finishing dinner, they nap until 5PM at which time they are returned to the outside areas for the evening play sessions. Lights out at 9PM. Each dog is provided with kennel decking and bedding, for his or her nighttime comfort.

Private Exercise
Patrick Canine Training provides private exercise services for your dog. These services consist of either a thirty minute or a sixty minute session of individualized attention with your dog. During these sessions, they will be taken for a walk, played ball with, groomed or whatever your dog fancies! Additional activities include beach trips, lake trips to our one acre lake and trail hikes on our groomed trails. You decide the activity and how many sessions you would like your dog to receive during their stay – just let us know when you make your reservation.

Transportation
Canine transportation is provided by our own reliable pick-up and delivery service. You may choose one-way or round trip as your schedule demands. Please call for details and rates.
